Expert Witness Testimony Key In $500 Million Verdict Against Facebook Subsidiary Earlier this month, a Texas federal jury determined that Oculus, a subsidiary of Facebook, and some of its executives must pay $500 million in damages to video game developer ZeniMax Media for copyright infringement, trademark infringement, and breach of a non-disclosure agreement.
